Delivery within South Africa

Standard delivery within 2-5 working days (SA) - FREE on orders over R5000

R40 on orders under R500. Orders will be despatched by counter-to-counter parcel service, a signature is required. 

Next Day delivery (SA) - Courier

Orders to SA addresses placed before 12pm (SAST) Monday - Thursday will be despatched on the same day and delivered the next working day. A signature, physical address (not P.O. Box) and telephone number is required. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Due to geographical location, some destinations will take 2 days. 
R100 - for orders up to R500
FREE - for orders from R501 and up

To Collect (FREE) - Pick-up in Stellenbosch

You can pick-up your parcel in Stellenbosch (SA). We will make contact with you to arrange pick-up time and location.

International Deliveries

Our international shipping charges are based on a flat rate cost which is automatically calculated during the checkout process once the delivery destination country has been selected. All international orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. TwoPianists Records is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes. Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, the purchaser will be liable to pay the returns costs. If the returns cost exceeds the products value and the option of abandoning/destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.

Standard International Shipping:
0,0 kg to 0,2 kg - R60
0,2 kg to 0,4 kg - R100
0,4 kg to 0,6 kg - R151
0,6 kg and above - FREE

Express International Shipping:
R280 - for orders up to R1000
R450 - for orders from R1001 and R3500
R710 - for orders from R3501 and above

Returns Policy

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items. Please contact our Customer Service team on shop@twopianists.com. 
Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by email. All goods believed to be faulty will be required for Quality Review. Once this item(s) have been received, a Quality Review Investigation will take place which can take 5-7 working days to complete. Correspondence will be made directly with the customer. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.
